Do you edit or censor messages?

No. Except “uh”s and “um”s — common filler words that clutter readability — we type the caller’s message word-for-word. We provide a service based on trust and absolute accuracy. We do not and will not exercise any editorial judgment or censorship on the content of messages.

Can I add this if I already have voicemail from another provider?

Yes. Our service is compatible with virtually every PBX, cloud phone system, and carrier voicemail service. All that’s required is the ability to forward your voicemail notification emails to the unique @pw-1.us submission address we assign you — a setting available on nearly every modern phone system and voicemail service. We’ll walk you through the setup during your free trial.

How long can voicemail recordings be?

Our maximum accepted length is 5 minutes per message. Messages longer than 2 minutes may receive slightly lower processing priority. For accounts with specific applications requiring messages longer than 5 minutes, special exceptions can be arranged — contact us to discuss your needs.

Will my phone number be compatible?

Most likely yes. The service works with any phone number and any phone system that can forward voicemail notification emails. Give us a call at (800) 857-1517 and we’ll walk you through the specific setup for your carrier or phone system — typically a 5-minute configuration.

Does this integrate with CRM, helpdesk, or other business software?

Yes. The Corporate plan includes API integration capabilities and we integrate with several CRM, dispatch, and helpdesk applications — including ZenDesk. We also offer a developer API for custom integrations. Contact us to discuss your specific requirements.

Can I upgrade my plan after signing up?
